Ethical Dilemmas Encountered in Litigation Practice
This CLE presentation will provide a refresher on how the Rules of Professional Conduct apply to your litigation practice. The program will feature hot topics in ethics for both the civil and criminal practitioner. Our panelists will highlight the Rules of Professional Conduct while leading a discussion of timely and thought provoking ethical issues encouraged in everyday litigation practice.
