Membership

There are many benefits to joining The Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City. In addition to providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and motivation to advance within the legal profession, AWL also offers its members many opportunities to support efforts within the community to address the plights of disadvantaged women and children.

Membership in AWL also affords many opportunities to network with other attorneys and the judiciary through AWL's numerous social events, including the Spring Judicial Reception, the Past Presidents' Reception, the Holiday Judical Reception, the annual golf tournament, and various continuing education seminars offered throughout the year. Each social event has a designated charity to which members may make donations.

Another perk to belonging to AWL is the many local businesses who offer discounts through the Affinity Members program.
