The Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City Foundation is proud to host our Seventh Annual "Women on the Move 5K" at: English Landing Park in Parkville, Missouri. This year’s theme is “Honoring Women on the Bench”. We are again inviting our local female judges so we can collectively honor their efforts toward our shared goal of advancing the role of women in the legal profession. Join us for a fun run and/or walk (all are welcome including non-AWL members). We will have a kids fun run too! We will provide adult beverages as well as other drinks and snacks before and after the race. Come have fun, socialize, and get a little exercise to start your day! All proceeds from this 5K will benefit AWLF, which is devoted to charitable and educational initiatives that improve the lives of women and girls in our community.
Packet pickup will be race morning starting at 7:45 am. The race starts at 9 am sharp!
