The ideal candidate has a strong background across divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence matters. In this role, you will manage a full caseload from intake through resolution; conduct client consultations and develop case strategy; represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences; draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements; and maintain timely, professional communication with clients. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school, be actively licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, and demonstrate excellent litigation, negotiation, and communication skills, along with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
